True Job Title: SAP Business Network Supplier Enablement Lead

Job Description:
As the SAP Business Network Supplier Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for driving the successful onboarding and integration of suppliers onto our SAP Business Network platform. You will play a key role in maximizing the value of our SAP Business Network investment by ensuring effective supplier collaboration, process efficiency, and data accuracy.


Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Onboarding and Integration: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for suppliers onto the SAP Business Network platform, including registration, configuration, and training.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, IT, and business units, to define supplier enablement requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for SAP Business Network-related inquiries and support.
4. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes through the SAP Business Network, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to implement best practices and drive efficiency.
5. Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of supplier data within the SAP Business Network platform, including supplier profiles, catalogs, and transactional data.
6. Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to suppliers to ensure their successful use of the SAP Business Network platform, including troubleshooting issues and addressing user inquiries.
7. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier enablement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the SAP Business Network program and identify areas for improvement.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supplier enablement and SAP Business Network utilization, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the program.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; advanced degree or SAP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation, supplier enablement, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working with SAP Business Network or similar procurement platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
