SAP BW Analyst

SAP BW experience is priority #1 (more so than the tax/finance background) They key is finding someone that knows how to run BW analysis for excel A question asked on interview was Do you prefer Project Management or Business Analyst as a role . If they answer Project Management that is wrong and this role is not for them. They need a Business Analyst He does not need someone super technical / does not need a developer. They need someone that is focused on the front end/user interface Someone that knows how to slice and dice in excel and use and remove fields Client gives them a BW Solution and they are responsible for data validation must have heavy data reconciliation experience Looking for someone with SAP BW background . They do not want an SAP Developer.. but someone that has experience with it as a BA. They use all the PowerApps including SharePoint so those would be good tools for them to have. They must have reconciliation of data in their background. Alteryx is a nice to have If they have never done process mapping then they are probably not going to be a good fit for the role
