· Learning Management (LMS) module
· Talent Management module
· Employee Central
· Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA

· Resource should have demonstrated experience and hands on experience in configuration of Success Factors, be able to work with the Business to understand requirements prior to configuration, by adept at unit test, have excellent communication skills and understanding of HR.
