Job Description:
Lead and participate in SAP TM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Analyze clients' transportation processes and requirements to design and implement SAP TM solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Configure SAP TM functionalities including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, route optimization, and freight settlement.
Customize SAP TM functionalities as needed to meet specific client requirements, working closely with developers and other consultants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, and PP consultants to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP TM functionalities, best practices, and system usage.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP TM systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and managing system upgrades.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP TM trends and innovations, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
