Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with in-depth expertise in the Bank Reconciliation Process (BRS) and hands-on experience with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining financial operations, ensuring accurate bank reconciliation, and implementing robust multi-bank integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

      1.    Bank Reconciliation Process:

      •     Design, configure, and implement bank reconciliation processes in SAP FICO.

      •     Automate and streamline reconciliation workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing.

      •     Identify and resolve discrepancies in bank and general ledger records.

      2.    SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC):

      •     Implement and configure SAP MBC to facilitate seamless integration with banking partners.

      •     Monitor and troubleshoot bank communication interfaces, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.

      •     Collaborate with banks and internal teams to resolve connectivity or data issues.

      3.    Financial Process Optimization:

      •     Enhance end-to-end financial processes, including payments, receivables, and cash management.

      •     Ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific financial policies.

      4.    Technical Expertise and Support:

      •     Provide technical support for bank interfaces, ensuring smooth data exchange.

      •     Collaborate with IT teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues related to MBC and bank reconciliation.

      5.    Stakeholder Collaboration:

      •     Work closely with finance teams, auditors, and IT departments to align on business requirements.

      •     Deliver training sessions for end-users on new processes and tools.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

      1.    Technical Expertise:

      •     Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO module, particularly in the areas of BRS and Cash Management.

      •     Proven experience with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), including implementation and support.

      2.    Functional Knowledge:

      •     Strong understanding of bank file formats (MT940, MT942, CAMT) and integration methods.

      •     Experience with electronic banking interfaces and treasury processes.

      3.    Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

      •     Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions.

      •     Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving bank reconciliation and connectivity issues.

      4.    Experience:

      •     5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support roles.

      •     Hands-on experience with SAP MBC in a multi-bank environment.

      5.    Soft Skills:

      •     Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

      •     Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

      •     SAP Certification in FICO or Treasury modules.

      •     Experience with S/4HANA Finance.

      •     Familiarity with global banking standards and regulations
