Job Description:
Expected qualifications
• A minimum of 7 years SAP consulting experience in the Oil and Gas (O&G) Industry with a focus on Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA).
• Deep product expertise/business experience across multiple SAP solution areas (i.e. Tax and Royalty, Check Write, Production and Contract Allocation, Ownership, Revenue and Valuation, Joint Venture Accounting, etc.).
• Broad knowledge of the SAP IS-Oil Solutions and deep industry expertise (i.e. Upstream Operations Management, PRA, and JVA (nice to have).
• Assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation journey by leveraging S4HANA and helping define their strategic roadmaps.
• Provide our customers key insight and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multi-culture- multi time zone team environment
• Ability to provide thought leadership and resolve complex solution in SAP – PRA area and connected applications
• Performance of feasibility studies, process design reviews and pre-sales support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and creates clarity for technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional – nice to haves
• Prior experience with SAP PRA implementations on cloud compliant SAP solutions, system upgrade process
• Experience in integration with other SAP Application areas.
• Techno functional nature, concept of latest underlying S4 technology I,e BTP, Steampunk, Embedded Analytics, CDS, RAP etc
