Job Description

We are in search of an experienced SAP MII Support Specialist 3 to join our team, bringing an advanced understanding of custom functionalities using SAP MII/SAPUI5. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting connectivity and integration issues, configuring SAP ME API actions in transactions (if applicable), correcting coding and configuration defects found during testing, documenting functionalities, and updating documentation related to SAP MII configurations and solutions.

Responsibilities

Understanding of Custom Functionalities using SAP MII/SAPUI5:
Demonstrate an advanced understanding of custom functionalities within SAP MII and SAPUI5.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance and optimize custom features.
Troubleshoot Connectivity/Integration Issues:
Identify and resolve complex connectivity and integration issues within SAP MII.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Configure SAP ME API Actions:
Configure SAP ME API actions within transactions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align API actions with business requirements.
Correct Coding and Configuration Defects:
Identify and correct intricate coding and configuration defects discovered during testing.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Document Functionalities Built/Updated:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of complex functionalities built or updated.
Ensure documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and serves as a valuable reference.
Update Documentation of SAP MII Configurations/Solution:
Regularly update documentation related to SAP MII configurations and solutions.
Capture changes, improvements, and best practices to maintain an accurate reference.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as an SAP MII Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Advanced understanding of custom functionalities using SAP MII and SAPUI5.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex connectivity and integration issues.
Experience configuring SAP ME API actions within transactions, if applicable.
Strong ability to identify and correct intricate coding and configuration defects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.
