Job Description:
SAP Plant Maintenance Skills
· Be an expert in the SAP plant maintenance solution.
· Have configured all areas the plant maintenance solution.
· Expert knowledge in Serialization and Equipment Records
· Expert knowledge in the Install base, As-Built and As-Maintained Records.
· Understand product traceability to manage a Fleet in the field for service, and warranty.
· Knowledge of SAP VMS (vehicle management system) and integration points with serial number and equipment records.
· Knowledge of SAP MEMii
· Awareness of IFS (Field Management Software), and any integration with SAP

General Project Skills
· Blueprinting, Configuration and documentation
· Security role configuration & role to position mapping
· Completion of functional and technical specifications
· Delivery of training materials
· Preparation and cleansing for data migration and data archiving
· Identification of value delivery concepts
· Performance testing
· Cutover plans developed
· End user training in training landscape
· User acceptance testing
· Final cutover dress rehearsal
· Mobilization of production support organization and procedures
· End user support
· Issue resolutions (system, performance & processes)
· Training support
· Provide help resolving end user requests for assistance.

Additional Tasks and Activities include but are not limited to:
· Communicate on tasks and activities to be performed.
· Participate in meetings as requested.
· Adhere to the Project Schedule for assigned tasks and update the status of the assigned tasks as required within the Project Tools.
· Review and update Blueprint documentation as needed throughout the Realization and test phases of the project.
· Provide input and recommendations with regard to issues, risks and key decisions.
· Develop proposed test cases and other inputs to the test plan.
· Work with lead consultants and other across the GBS team as needed.
· Advise on data conversion and data migration issues. Provide guidance on the risk, appropriateness, and deployment of all WRICEF's.
· Provide recommendations and proposals on cutover strategy, plan, execution and follow-up.
· Provide end user support and go-live hypercare.
