Skills required to contribute:
Role SAP PS Functional Consultant with strong skills in SAP PS with minimum 6-8 years of experience. Needs ability to understand complex business processes which are custom built on SAP. The consultant will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables for same. The consultant will implement, customize, and test solutions on client system and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as:
· Project systems (Mandatory and should be expert)
· Creation and management of projects
· Creation and management of simulated versions of projects
· Maintenance of easy cost planning for project
· Good knowledge in Project Settlement and Project customization required
· Understanding of user exits
· Critical master data like material master, BOMs etc
· Awareness on SAP authorization concept
· Understanding of ABAP concepts and interface concepts like RFC, IDOCs etc.
· Exposure to SAP SD module will be an added advantage
· Multi-tasking abilities
· Strong requirements gathering and scope management skills
· Ability to translate SAP requirements into SAP technical design efficiently
· To be the business process & SAP best practice champion.
· Ensure seamless and smooth integration between the various processes in scope
· Ensure new processes fit appropriately aligning with Siemens and SAP standard processes
· Enable Solution approach to prevent potential technical/integration
