Lead and manage cross-functional teams consisting of business users, consultants, and IT staff throughout the S/4 HANA implementation lifecycle
• Oversee all aspects of the program, including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies between different workstreams
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks.
• Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system.
• Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably with experience in managing SAP projects. Experience in Mfg. Domain is added advantage.
• Should have worked in at least 1 S/4 Transformation as a Program Manager
• Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
