Seeking a Senior S4 HANA Project Manager for an exciting opportunity with one of our esteemed clients in Washington, DC. This role offers the chance to lead dynamic SAP projects, including S/4Hana implementations, with a focus on delivering excellence within budgetary constraints and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Over 8 years of proven expertise in managing SAP projects, showcasing proficiency in S/4Hana implementation, handling million-dollar budgets, and leading teams ranging from 5 to 50 members.
  • Proficient in ASAP or ACTIVATE Project Methodology with demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Project for effective project planning and execution.
  • Successfully managed multiple Full Life Cycle Implementations, ensuring end-to-end project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline parameters.
  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up, ensuring seamless project progression and timely issue resolution.
  • A collaborative team player with outstanding leadership capabilities, adept at fostering a positive team environment while driving tasks forward independently.
  • Excellent comm unication skills, enabling effective interaction with C-level executives, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • PMP certification and experience with RPA projects are highly desirable qualifications.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitors project progress, proactively addressing deviations from schedule, budget, or quality requirements to mitigate risks and maintain project integrity.
  • Develops and disseminates project communication artifacts such as charters, schedules, and budgets, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Provides regular project status updates to management, customers, and project teams, actively seeking and addressing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contributes to business development efforts by assisting in the creation of project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.
  • Establishes and monitors project budgets, staffing requirements, and key performance metrics, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
  • Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on project activities, including subcontractor management, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Implements project control and reporting procedures, managing changes in operational plans to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
  • Facilitates status review meetings with internal teams, vendors, and customers, fostering collaboration and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to the project team, including training, motivation, conflict resolution, and technical support as needed
