SAP S/4HANA Transformation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Specialist to lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in the areas of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Logistics. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition to S/4HANA, driving process improvements, and delivering tangible business value.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration process from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Logistics modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and design solutions aligned with best practices in S/4HANA.

Configure and customize S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Material Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

Conduct thorough testing of system functionalities, data migration, and integrations to ensure smooth and seamless transition to S/4HANA.

Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders to facilitate adoption and maximize the benefits of S/4HANA.

Serve as a subject matter expert on S/4HANA capabilities, guiding decision-making processes and recommending optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of S/4HANA systems post-implementation, addressing any issues or challenges that arise in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP ECC implementation and configuration, with a focus on Procure to Pay (P2P) and Logistics modules.

Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including at least [X] full lifecycle implementations.

In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities and best practices in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Logistics processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) is highly desirable.
