Description

This is a professional position, and as such, we require, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with users to coordinate information exchange for support of systems changes.
  • Develop and administer support documentation and provide training and coaching to end-users.
  • Gathered business requirements from process owners & configured Sales order, Billing documents for intercompany. 
  • Understand the business process and solve the critical issues and understand the Change Requests & Incident process to communicate to the business as applicable.
  •   Should be able to handle the day-to-day production support issues and communicating to the business.
  •  Monitoring and updating issues, critical batch jobs, Interface related issues to update the business. Communicating with key users and application owners to update the status on CRs and Incidents.
  • Training the user on  application functionalities, providing continuous documentations, presentations about the existing and new functionalities.
  •  Interacting with end users Through Net meetings/phones/mails for resolvingthe Tickets.
