Skills Required:
- Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM).
- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, order management, pricing, delivery, and service management.
Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Repairs and Service Notification
- Warranty and Contracts
- Ability to read and debug ABAP codes
- Interfaces
- Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP portal
- Cross-functional leading ability across SAP and non-SAP teams
- Coordinate all PLC phases between onsite/offshore teams
- Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects
- Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Strong desire to learn new technologies, tools & processes
- Candidate should be able to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design SAP SD/SM solutions that align with business objectives.
- They should also possess the ability to configure, customize, and implement SAP SD/SM functionalities to meet business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for analyzing complex business processes and translating them into SAP solutions.
