Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Assist in the implementation and configuration of various SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, and SAP CRM.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other systems and applications.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide support during go-live phases.
- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system utilization.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP developments and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with SAP solutions across various modules.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and tools (e.g., ABAP, SAP HANA).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in managing project lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in one or more modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
