About the Role: We are seeking a certified SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Specialist with a strong background in configuring and tailoring the Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This role requires hands-on experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors and working closely with system integrators, especially in partnership with Accenture. Key Responsibilities: Configure SAP SuccessFactors Modules:

Specialize in the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

Perform configuration tasks to customize and optimize the modules, selecting specific functionalities to meet business needs.

Broader Module Experience

Provide configuration expertise in other SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System.

Collaborate With System Integrators

Work closely with Accenture and other system integrators to ensure seamless project execution and implementation.

Implementation Expertise

Lead or support SAP SuccessFactors implementations, leveraging hands-on experience to drive successful outcomes.

Documentation And Reporting

Maintain detailed records of configurations and customizations, providing regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: Certification:

Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

Experience

Demonstrable hands-on experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Recruiting and Onboarding.

Strong familiarity with other modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System.

Proven track record of working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Experience collaborating with system integrators, ideally Accenture.

Technical Skills

Proficient in tailoring SAP software functionalities to align with business requirements.

Ability to configure and customize software settings effectively.

Preferred Qualifications: Partnership Experience:

Previous experience working with Accenture or similar system integrators on SAP projects.
