Description

Responsibilities:

Lead data conversion projects for employee and foundation data in the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) EC module.
Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with technical teams.
Experience with integrations between SF and SAP S/4 HANA, as well as third-party systems like SailPoint, Ceridian, Kronos, Workforce etc.
Manage client communication effectively.
Oversee and coordinate with DynPro resources for project execution.
Demonstrate expertise in data conversion methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience in ECC HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 4-5 years specifically in SuccessFactors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
