Roles and Responsibilities:
Employee Central Payroll Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Configure and customize the system to meet payroll processing requirements, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
Payroll Processing and Accuracy:
Oversee and manage the payroll processing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations and disbursements.
Conduct thorough audits to validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance and Legal Adherence:
Stay abreast of changes in payroll legislation and regulations.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and other statutory requirements in various jurisdictions.
System Maintenance and Optimization:
Manage ongoing system maintenance activities, including updates, patches, and enhancements.
Identify opportunities for system optimization and lead initiatives to enhance the functionality and efficiency of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Integration and Data Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and other HR systems.
Oversee data management processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
Issue Resolution and Support:
Provide expert-level support for complex payroll-related issues.
