You are responsible for the preparation, delivery and follow-up of SAP/S4HANA trainings in different formats (e.g. classroom trainings, virtual classes, train the trainer)
Prepare and develop the required training materials (such as presentations, handouts, and system demos)
Together with the other trainers (m/f/d), you further develop the existing training concepts, considering innovative and modern training methods
You ensure compliance with internal quality standards and didactic methods and develop them further
They check the effectiveness of the learning measures after a defined period, document experiences and communicate internally
What you should have:
You have know-how within the entire Microsoft platform, especially Office and Teams
You have 6 – 8 years of experience in SAP or S4HANA training and education in the field of software and IT solutions
Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to develop engaging and effective training materials
You are characterized by a hands-on mentality when communicating knowledge and content and can explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way
Your confident, confrontational, and strong communication skills support your moderation and presentation skills in the seminar room
You are willing to travel for business and training purposes at home and abroad
You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
You have gained experience in one of the following SAP end-to-end processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, engineer-to-order/ idea-to-market, service-to-customer, plan-to-procure, inbound-to-outbound, record-to-report or master data management.
Ideally you are a certified SAP consultant of one or more modules
Experience with SAP ERP transformation is a big plus
