Scrum Master

Job Description :

Essential Functions

·Facilitates Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint planning, Grooming, Demo, Retrospective etc.) and tracks Retrospective items to closure

·Guides the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices

·Responsible for removing impediments to progress and guiding the team to remove impediments

·Facilitates completion of tasks and goals without using coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks

·Leads discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution

·Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

·Provides support to the Product Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog

·Provides team support by utilizing a servant leadership style and leading by example

·Makes sure Team adheres to the defined Agile process and look for opportunity to improve it

·Make sure definition of done is achieved before closing any work item

·Assess delivery risk and raise It to management

·Participating and facilitating the Agile journey of the Episys product development department

·Attend scrum of scrums, and share ideas with other Scrum masters

·Understand current Agile maturity model and help moving it forward
