Description
Must Have:
- 8+ years of total experience
- 4+ years of experience dedicated as a Scrum Master or Project Manager (strongly prefer PM background, not BA background)
- 3+ years of experience within the asset management or financial services industry.
- 2+ years of recent experience working on Trading projects (Charles River/ CRIMS preferred)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution and coaching skills.
- Experienced supporting IT projects and investment systems.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
