Description

  • 10+ years experience as scrum master for software development projects.
  • Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Safe, XP etc.).
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Scrum master certification is a plus.
  • Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Experience understanding technical issues at a high level.
  • Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools – Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experience.
