Scrum Master

Job Description
The Scrum Master will be part of the payment domain, which supports the in-store and ecommerce customer payment experience. The specific teams this person will focus on are the EPS Reporting and Accounting teams.

This resource will be an experienced servant leader and coach for a cross-functional agile team operating in complex and cross functional work across the payment’s domain areas. The Scrum Master guides and facilitates a Scrum and/or Kanban team involved in a large fast-paced environment implementing complex technology for customer-oriented solutions, through effective application of the agile based SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) and associated ceremonies, ensuring the agreed upon agile practice is being followed. Removing impediments and fostering a high performing team with a focus on continuous improvement resulting in quality and timely delivery.
