Description

• Organize and facilitate Agile and Scrum meetings, which included grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and Sprint retrospectives
• Managing project schedule, resources, deliverables, risks, and timelines throughout the projects with the input from application managers, process owners, business partners and project team
• Leading review meetings with senior management and provide updates & key metrics to all stakeholders
• Documentation of project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing
• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, scope and schedule
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, perform Defect or bug tracking and review code fix
• Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to track service dependencies, identifying risks and ensure smooth integration with the application
• Publish progress reports using burn-up, burn-down and velocity reporting for sprint using JIRA
• Write meaningful/actionable epics and stories using tools like Jira/Confluence

Required 

•  
• 6+ years of overall professional experience Master's degree in a Business/Management studies
   
• Banking/financial experience is a must
   
• Experience in complex problem handling situations - resource/time constraints, quality challenges, release issues etc.
   
• Experience handling multiple and short duration projects at the same time Excellent oral and written communication skills.
   
• Familiarity with systems like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc.
