Role And Responsibilities

Teaching and Coaching SAFe: Guide and mentor teams in the implementation of SAFe (SaFe6) principles and practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to effectively implement SAFe Lean-Agile Principles across the organization, fostering collaboration and communication.
Goal Achievement: Drive the team towards achieving sprint and release goals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Release Train Objectives: Lead efforts to achieve the objectives of the release train, coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
Product Backlog Management: Support the product owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Change Agent: Act as a change agent for SAFe adoption, advocating for agile practices and driving continuous improvement.
Impediment Removal: Identify and manage impediments backlog, proactively removing obstacles to ensure smooth team progress.
Endorsement of SAFe Practices: Promote and endorse SAFe practices within the organization, advocating for their benefits and adoption.
Lean-Agile Leadership: Demonstrate Lean-Agile leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.
SAFe Ceremonies: Facilitate SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt, ensuring their effectiveness and value.
ART Ceremonies: Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, facilitating estimation from Feature to story level.
