Job Description:

We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead software development projects in Chennai, India. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who is adept in agile methodologies and passionate about driving projects in the realms of AI, wireless technology, and geospatial awareness. The candidate should excel in coordinating with remote teams across various time zones to facilitate seamless project deliveries.

Responsibilities:
Lead agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage timelines, scope, and risks to ensure the delivery of software solutions aligning with our cutting-edge technologies.
Promote test automation principles within the development process.
Coordinate effectively with global teams, ensuring optimal collaboration and communication.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with a certification in Scrum Master or equivalent.
5+ years in software development project management, with a strong background in AI, wireless technologies, or geospatial awareness.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage projects across different time zones.
