Security Cleared / Clearable Business Analyst

We are recruiting for a Security Cleared / Clearable Business Analyst to join our client who are going through massive growth. This will be a permanent role working on a hybrid basis. 

The right candidate will be working on with Agile Development Teams with Central Government Customers and will therefore need to hold an active SC Clearance or be SC clearable. 

The Security Cleared / Clearable Business Analyst will work with the client to investigate business situations, identify and evaluate solutions to continuously improve systems and operations. This will include:

• Requirements management 
• Process improvement
• Functional analysis
• Agile methodologies

Skills required:

• Ability to perform stakeholder analysis, mapping influence, impact, and commitment of each stakeholder.
• Leads the client engagement for specific areas of work.
• Take ownership of one or more areas of work including planning, identifying risks and regular reports to the project manager
• Ability to plan and facilitate effective workshops.
• Applies Applied Intelligence standard approaches on client engagements with assistance / direction and takes the lead in specific areas.
• Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
• Effectively plan and manage the requirements process from capture through to change control.
• Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems and identifies options for consideration.
• Identifies potential benefits, and available options for consideration.
• Works with clients/users in defining acceptance tests.

Desirables:

• Central government experience 
• Active SC Clearance
• Flexibility on travel to client site 

Candidate requirements:

• All candidates MUST either hold an active SC/Security Clearance that is transferrable that has been used within the last 12 months and has more than 12 months left on the expiry date. 

OR

• Be SC/Security Clearable - Lived in the UK for 5 years or more and not have travelled outside of the UK in the last 5 years for more than 6 months. 
• NO dual nationals
