Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
  • Assist with month-end close procedures and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform internal controls assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the budgeting process and analyze variances.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations) to provide financial insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and best practices (e.g., GAAP).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
