Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our MarTech team and ERIS división.
In this role, you will lead projects from a technical perspective by collaborating with Business, Marketing specialists, IT teams, Product Managers, Client Leads and with the main MarTech vendors of the market (Adobe, SalesForce, Google, Braze, Tealium...)
Qualifications
How you’d spend your day:
Analyze our client´s tech architecture and identify requirements, opportunities and anticipate issues and potential risks throughout the project and consider different workarounds.
Develop detailed technical solutions that address business requirements. Consider various technical vendors ( Adobe, SalesForce, Braze, Tealium...) select and implement products or services that fit with the overall architecture.
Create and ensure maintenance of all levels of technical specification and documentation.
Stay updated on new MarTech solutions and identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
Work in partnership with client IT teams, ensuring compliance to client´s policy and processes
Communicate the technical aspects of proposed solutions to non-technical stakeholders (CMO, Sales Manager, Product Managers, Client Leads…)
What we are looking for:
Expertise in integrating various marketing platforms and tools to create and offer a solid tech architecture.
Strong technical background that includes data architecture, cloud services and integrations via APIs.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills with relevant experience communicating to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in english with strong written and verbal skills.
We think you’re awesome if you:
Demonstrable experience evaluating and implementing technical solutions across a variety of different technologies (CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation Tools, Analytics tools, etc)
Practical and extensive knowledge of working with Adobe Stack and Salesforce ecosystem.
