Roles & Responsibilities ::

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop and maintain complex Appian applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest Appian features, best practices, and industry trends.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Qualifications

US Citizens only with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
Proficiency in Appian BPM, SAIL, and other Appian components.
Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices.
Experience with integration of Appian with other systems and databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Senior Developer or Lead Developer certifications preferred
