Senior Application Programmer

Education and Experience »
Programming experience in Natural, and the utilization of ADABAS. Experience running Natural processes in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online. Experience in web and client server environments.: 10+ Years.
Experience with analyzing user requirements and designs along with testing, implementing and performing Quality Assurance (QA) of information systems utilizing NATURAL ONE, ADABAS, MVS/JCL COBOL/CICS, VSAM files, LINUX ESPSOFT/SCL, INFORMIX relational database, and UNIX.: 10+ Years.
Experience with automated eligibility determination systems: 5 Years.
Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architectures: 5 Years.
Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to the systems and processes: 5 Years.
Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes: 5 Years.
Experience training end users on software: 5 Years.
Knowledge of SNAP and TANF eligibility and economic assistance policies and procedures, and current state and federal mandates as implemented or similar to those in MAVS, the statewide eligibility determination system.: 5 Years.
Experience interpreting, designing and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems such as MAVS.: 5 Years.
