Description


Qualifications:
- hashtag#Bachelor’s degree in hashtag#Computer Science, hashtag#Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in a hashtag#lead/ hashtag#senior role on ServiceNow projects
- Experience with hashtag#ServiceNow hashtag#TBM/ hashtag#SPM development is a plus
- Any industry-relevant certification desired

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Information Technology Department and its enabling systems and processes
- Elicit requirements for the development of a Strategic Portfolio Management application on the ServiceNow platform
- Manage the Product Backlog for the project and provide subject-matter expertise in discussions with senior management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed solution requirements, including Sprint planning and reviews
- Support functional testing, demos to hashtag#stakeholders, and coordinate user acceptance testing (hashtag#UAT)

Experience:
- Proven experience leading complex projects as a Senior hashtag#Business hashtag#Analyst
- Strong background in hashtag#ServiceNow hashtag#SPM/ hashtag#TBM implementation
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior management
- Experience working in both hashtag#Waterfall and hashtag#Agile/ hashtag#Scrum environments
- Familiarity with hashtag#Azure hashtag#DevOps tool required
