Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with developing and implementing a business development strategy, managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales team. The Senior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for handling the team, developing sales presentations, and negotiating and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
- Experience in the IT/ NON IT industry.
- Ability to develop and implement a business development strategy
- Ability to manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop sales presentations
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
Core Requirement
- Over all 7+ years of experience in US Recruitment Industry.
- Need to have at least 2+ years of experience into Business Development.
- Need to have strong Team Management Experience.
