Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities:
Collaborate regularly with various stakeholders and translate business requirements to data solutions and actionable recommendations for business decisions
Design and develop the company BI infrastructure
Develop and initiate advanced ETL process and data models ; Maintain existing ones
Design and build visualizations and reporting solutions using Tableau
Maintain existing visualization and reporting solutions, and make adjustments and extensions according to requirements
Proactively identify gaps in data consumption and define processes to complete them
Responsible for data integrity
Execute gap analysis to support decision makers
Requirements:
BA / BSc in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge
5+ years' experience as a BI Developer / BI analyst / Data Engineer
Excellent hands-on SQL skills (including T-SQL, DDL and DML) – Mandatory
Proven 2+ years' experience in reporting tool development and visualization – Mandatory (Tableau – big advantage)
Proven track record in defining, managing and delivering BI projects
Experience with integration tool – big advantage
Experience with programing language – advantage
Self-learner, multi-tasking, able to work independently, initiative, highly organized, strong analytical skills and pays attention to details
