ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle Tier 2 tasks
Communicate and train with clients directly. 
Provide training to team members and create/update documentation 
Functions as the conduit for knowledge and applies expertise to the projects 
Supervise employees, assign tasks, and make sure that deadlines are met 
Can articulate and implement best practices 
Oversee team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently 
Manage internal and client escalations/ communication, ensuring proper escalation 
Handle and report any issues that arise during the shift to Team Manager and/or Operations Manager
Assist in quality audits and identify process improvements and performance variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in finance and/or research, data mining/lead generation
Previous experience handling complex tasks, knowledge of processes, products, and services and handling escalations and resolving issues
Experience collaborating with teams, cross-functional partners, and management
Strong inference skills to identify and develop solutions in situations where information is ambiguous or not readily available
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately after receiving guidance on task execution
Proficiency in using analytical tools or frameworks to improve processes
Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions
Demonstrated leadership skills through initiative-taking, task ownership, and team support.
