- Minimum 9 years of experience in Agile project management, delivery management, or related roles.
- Experience managing multiple projects or teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and process improvement.
- Proven experience in managing Agile projects and teams using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance..
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
- Certifications: Agile-related certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Project Manager (APM), SAFe Agilist) are preferred.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, resources, and risks, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as a coach and mentor to teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align project objectives, priorities, and expectations. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Remove roadblocks and foster a productive working environment.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time. Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement changes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Agile processes and practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Drive initiatives to increase efficiency, collaboration, and quality.
- Guide and mentor team members on Agile practices, helping them to adopt a mindset of agility, accountability, and continuous learning.
