As a Senior Desk-side Support, you will:

The primary role of the Senior Desk side Support Technician is to provide users with technical assistance for clients' systems, applications and tools. Technicians are aligned geographically, focusing mainly and the users in their area. However, the Technician is expected to resolve tickets from other users around the company when required.

Working with the business units, the Technician will assist in the design of computer systems and solutions, including audio/visual equipment, training and education materials and off-site support when required.

You will be supporting one of their main locations and working with another technician who can providing mentoring.
Work with users to resolve issues escalated from the Level 1/2 help desk.
Aid users on the configuration and operation of Client's systems, applications and tools.
Testing and evaluation of new systems and software when required.
Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Ability to move/install monitors and technology equipment.
Support "Town Halls", preference for someone with Video Conferencing Support exp, specially Microsoft Teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

Min 8+ years of IT Support experience - Desk-side Support
Must have excellent written and verbal communication, good documentation experience
Deep understanding and familiarity with Microsoft desktop operating systems and productivity applications
Experience with testing and troubleshooting PC's
Excellent customer relationship skills
The ability to work with a small, highly agile team
The ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and strategies
Experience with ServiceNow is A PLUS!!
Proficiency in MS OS: Windows 10, Office 365, Enterprise tools for OS deployment, software distribution, client setups for Applications.
Troubleshooting and managing Microsoft Windows based environments
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory
Experience with Imaging and Configuring PCs Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
Troubleshoot skills and basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHTP)
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel
