Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation Specialist who has supported Python-related projects, with a strong background in creating development and validation documentation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) documents, managing end-to-end documentation workflows, and ensuring all project-specific documents align with use cases. This role requires experience in documenting clinical web applications and supporting related projects through the entire documentation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Creation & Management:
- Create, review, and maintain development, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation for Python-related projects.
- Develop detailed documentation for clinical web applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work with development and quality assurance teams to ensure that documentation meets project requirements and standards.
Workflow & Life Cycle Management:
- Manage and document end-to-end project workflows, ensuring all documentation steps align with the project’s lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and create use case-driven documents.
- Oversee the documentation process, from initial creation to final validation and approval, ensuring consistency across all project documents.
UAT Testing & Validation:
- Prepare and maintain UAT documentation, validating the functionality of Python-based applications and ensuring that they meet business requirements.
- Track and manage validation checks, ensuring proper sign-offs and approvals are received throughout the process.
- Coordinate UAT sessions with relevant stakeholders and provide documentation support for testing phases.
Clinical Web Applications Documentation:
- Support the documentation needs of clinical web applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop user manuals, implementation guides, and other documentation related to clinical applications.
- Ensure the documentation supports the functionality, integration, and usability of clinical applications.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) to ensure that all required documentation is provided and up to date.
- Provide regular updates and reports on documentation progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams regarding documentation needs.
Required Skills:
Documentation Expertise:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in documentation, with a focus on Python-related projects and clinical web applications.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, from creation to validation.
- Proficiency in preparing UAT, validation checks, and development documentation for technical projects.
Technical Documentation:
- Experience in documenting Python-based applications, including workflows, use cases, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines for clinical web applications documentation.
- Ability to document complex technical information clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Clinical Web Applications:
- Prior experience in creating documentation for clinical web applications or similar regulated industries.
- Knowledge of validation, compliance, and best practices for documenting clinical software solutions.
UAT & Testing Documentation:
- Experience in preparing UAT testing documents, including test cases, validation steps, and feedback tracking.
- Ability to work with QA teams to ensure the documentation supports all testing phases.
