Job Duties:
· Develop engineered solutions to solve electrical design problems.
· Thoroughly analyze schematic and printed circuit board problems encountered during development, production, and testing.
· Determine the optimal solution for nonconformance and provide guidance and communication to stakeholders, ensuring process standards are followed.
· Provide technical leadership and oversight, taking responsibility to thoroughly understand technical options and program trade-offs.
· Use effective verbal and written communications, technical drawings, and physical demonstration as needed to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
· Demonstrate interest in the program vision through all endeavors.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
· 5-10 years of experience
· Printed circuit board design and build experience
· Mentor Graphics electrical design experience
· Proficient user of SPICE tools for development of safety-critical hardware
· Proficient in all skills required for board bring up
Preferred Qualifications:
· Space vehicle or aerospace industry experience
· DO-160
· Altium
· Safety critical industry experience
· Familiarity with NASA 8739.1, 8739.4/IPC620 is a plus.
