Senior Engineer - MLOps & DevSecOps

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer specialized in MLOps and DevSecOps to join our team. This role is a hybrid position requiring presence at our Santa Clara location 1-3 days a week and involves a robust blend of machine learning operations and development security operations, focusing on enhancing system reliability and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, with a passion for automation and improving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and manage scalable machine learning infrastructure and models.
• Integrate and enforce security controls within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Automated testing, deployment, and performance monitoring across engineering processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure security and performance in project designs.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for efficiency and reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, or MLOps.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience in a role focusing on DevOps, DevSecOps, or MLOps, within tech-centric industries.
