Roles and Responsibilities

 

Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.

Must have experience in US Staffing recruiting and working with direct clients on W2 roles (MSP/VMS knowledge)

Working on Direct IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma client requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.

Responsible for handling different types of Technical / Non-IT Engineering / Business Professional requirements Should

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.

Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, and future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Requirements

. At least 1 to 5 years of experience in US recruitment.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Experience with sourcing techniques

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Must have experience in hiring.

Good communication with experience in closing Joiner & senior positions.

Willing to work in night shift.

Goal-oriented; have a burning desire to be successful

Candidates with good communication skills

Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift (EST time zone)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and hiring in a non-IT domain.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software.

Education

Any Graduate
