About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 4 years practical experience in a technical operations or related technology support role.
- At least 3 years of Engineering level technical operations experience
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server administrative experience
- SME status in one or more M365 platform related technologies - Entra, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Security, etc.
- Light managerial experience, team lead level.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Technical leadership for an engineering team focused on project work and third tier escalations.
- A high level of technical and troubleshooting knowledge and experience across the Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Security.
- On-prem server support in an all Microsoft Server environment. Monitors and maintains the onprem environment, making configuration changes in support of both complex and routine projects.
- Fluent in ticket mechanics with a preference for experience with ServiceNow and Jira, working trouble tickets, requests, and projects.
- Responsible for presenting and tracking change management requests.
- Participates in troubleshooting large, complex, participating with various upper echelon support structures including Infosec, Network Operations, and Cloud Operations.
- Integrates new standards, specifications, and technologies into existing processes and methodologies.
