Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document 
Capturing , analyzing and eliciting business Requirements.
Monitor and manage risks, issues related to requirements.
Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. 
Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios. 
As subject matter expert, should maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes 
Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly
Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request.
 

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree with more than 5 years as IT Business Analyst.
Experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking.
Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP(NEFT), Immediate Payments (IMPS), UPI.2.0, BillDesk, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments
Experience in elaborating JIRA stories
Agile product development experience 
Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore
Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices 
API /SWIFT experience.
