JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IVR development, PBX architecture, and telecommunication network services.
Proven expertise in Web Services Integration (SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST) within telephony systems.
Strong background in Software Development using object-oriented programming languages for IVR applications.
In-depth knowledge of SIP-based VoIP traffic troubleshooting and integration.
Familiarity with Genesys Cloud platform and associated tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX Professional, Architect, and Scripting are highly desirable.
Previous experience with Genesys Engage Certifications
