Position: IT Business Development Manager
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Hybrid)
Type: Fulltime, 4 times a week in the office
Languages: German (Fluent/native) and English (B2 minimum)

Recruitment:
-To recruit the best IT profiles
-Recruit and select specialized IT profiles, matching talents with the needs of our clients.
Team Management:
-Manage and support the hired consultants, ensuring a positive experience for both the employee and the client.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Business Manager (1 – 3 years) or in a senior recruitment role within the IT sector (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and candidates.
- Knowledge of the IT market and its specificities, as well as familiarity with the most sought-after profiles and technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to navigate easily within this sector, both in terms of clients and prospects as well as candidates
- Fluent / native in German (mandatory)
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) (mandatory)
