Responsibilities:
· Implement, upgrade, support, and test PeopleSoft applications such as Campus Solutions, Human Resource Management, Financials, and Supply Chain Management.
· Experienced in Fluid Development
· Develop RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows) and PeopleSoft applications using various tools and technologies including PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, File Layout, Component Interface, BI Publisher, Application Package, PS Query, Integration Broker, SQL, and Data Mover.
· Design and develop interfaces (file-based, DB-Link, XML-based) and integrate them with third-party technologies and PeopleTools.
· Customize and develop reports using SQRs, XML Publisher, nVision, Crystal Reports, and BI Publisher. Customize complex delivered reports such as transcripts, invoices, and PO dispatch reports.
· Design and develop data sources using File Layouts, connected queries, and PS Queries.
· Develop RESTful services and Web Services for integration with third-party systems.
· Design and develop Fluid pages, Style Sheets, and Style Classes.
· Maintain and support PeopleSoft Application servers, Web servers, and Database servers.
· Plan project cutovers, allocate time for each activity, and provide updates to the team.
· Perform impact analysis, retrofitting, and create functional and technical design documents and business process guides.
· Define Security Matrix templates to establish roles, responsibilities, and permission lists for users.
· Lead requirements gathering, solution design, development, unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), issue resolution, and release management.
· Create business scenario-based test scripts and ensure thorough testing and validation of solutions.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
· Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Resource Management, Financials, and Supply Chain Management modules.
· Experience with PeopleSoft application versions 9.0, 9.1, and 9.2.
· Experience with PeopleTools versions 8.57, 8.59, and 8.6
· Proficiency in PeopleCode, Java, and various PeopleSoft components such as fields, records, pages, components, and menus.
· Experience with Application Designer, Application Engine, and Application Package.
· Experience with Component Interface and File Layout.
· Knowledge of Application Messaging, Integration Broker, REST and SOAP services, and CI-based web services.
· Experience with Approval Workflow Engine, Security, and Tree Manager.
· Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and COBOL.
· Experience with BI Publisher, SQR, Crystal Reports, and PS Queries.
· Experience with Data Mover, Unix, Shell scripting, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
