Senior Platform Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, specifically focusing on Dynamics CRM.
Design, develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and/or Power platforms.
Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.
Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-Dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).
Lead the evaluation of new Dynamics products and services and provide written recommendations for future implementation.

Required Skills:

5+ years of general Dynamics development experience.
4+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM.
5+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online.
5+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT PowerApps applications.
Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML)
Experience with API/REST web services and data sources.
Experience with structured development lifecycles and technical documentation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Beneficial Skills (But Not Required):
Previous experience with Learning Management Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus!
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
