We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Support Engineer with expertise in Azure, Windows, VMware, and network administration. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Win-tel Administration, managing and maintaining virtualized environments, and performing data center operations. Key Responsibilities: 
 

Azure Cloud Administration: Manage and configure Azure environments, including Virtual Machines, Resource Groups, Storage Accounts, and Azure AD. 
 

Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019) and ensure the smooth operation of client and server systems. 
 

VMware Administration: Manage virtualized environments using VMware, including creating and managing VMs, snapshots, VM hardware updates, and performing P2V and V2V migrations. 
 

Data Center Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of servers and hardware in the data center, including hardware troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and maintenance. 
 

Network Administration: Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies including routers, switches, hubs, and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP. 
 

ITIL Processes: Work within ITIL frameworks, particularly focusing on Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Utilize tools like Service Now for managing IT tickets and workflows. 
 

Automation & Scripting: Experience with PowerShell, automation tools for server management tasks. 
 

Technical Skills: 
 

Operating Systems: VMware, Windows Servers (2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019) 
 

Tools: Service Now, Maximo, BigFix, SCCM, SolarWinds, SCOM 
 

Naming Services: AD, DHCP, DNS, and Azure 
 

Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes 
 

Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network devices (routers, switches) 
 

Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Azure AD Connect 
 

Databases: Basic SQL queries 
 

Preferred Qualifications: 
 

Expertise in managing Azure environments, AD migrations, and maintaining virtualized server infrastructures. 
 

Experience in handling production environments, server upgrades, and decommissioning. 
 

Working knowledge of high availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setups using VMware and Windows. 
 

ITIL Certification is a plus.

Educational Requirements: 
 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
