Technical Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft 365 Services - Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform and Office Apps.
Strong understanding of M365 license, roles and role groups, Identity management etc.
Good knowledge of M365 Security and Compliance centre and its components.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous experience of presentation and demos to stakeholders and senior management.
Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC tools like JIRA, Bit Bucket etc.

Explore the benefits of Copilot on important stakeholders, workflows, and the users most affected.
Collaborate with DB audience to develop a tailored Copilot awareness and benefits campaign.
Provide guidance on effective strategies for Copilot to establish a sustainable change ecosystem to enhance productivity and maximize ROI by doing the below :
Assess your current state, goals, and readiness for Copilot adoption.
Implement and customize it for DB specific use cases and scenarios.
Help DB end users learn how to use Copilot for their daily tasks and projects and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Execute Copilot training program and receive onboarding assistance.
Track the internal adoption & usage of Copilot in alignment with DB AI strategy.
