Services Required:
Lead project(s) and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives
Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendors, to ensure project success
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining open communication, and managing relationships with stakeholders
Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively to mitigate potential negative impacts on project outcomes
Coordinate and chair project meetings, facilitating effective communication among project resources, and documenting findings and recommendations
Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:
A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or project management, including training and/or experience in leading and coordinating all aspects of a project
Five (5) years' recent, related experience in project management and facilitating consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups, including the vendor community
Extensive experience communicating with clinical/non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and other stakeholders
Ability to adapt and respond to changing project needs and priorities
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
ANY GRADUATE
